This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which MixxBee (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds and accepts cancellations for our digital marketing services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Nature of Our Services
MixxBee provides professional digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation. Because these are service-based engagements involving time, labor, and resources committed on your behalf, our refund terms differ from those of a physical product.
Cancellation of Recurring or Retainer Services
- You may cancel ongoing or monthly retainer services by providing written notice to support@mixxbee.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- We do not provide refunds for the current billing period once work for that period has begun, as resources have already been allocated.
Refunds for One-Time or Project-Based Services
- If you cancel a project before any work has begun, you are eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, ad spend, software, or stock assets).
- Once work on a project has commenced, refunds are prorated based on the portion of work completed, at our reasonable discretion.
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
Deposits
Where a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, this will be clearly stated in your Service Agreement or quote before you pay. Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial setup and are not refundable once work has started.
Third-Party Costs
Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — including advertising spend, software subscriptions, premium tools, or stock media — are non-refundable, as these are paid out and consumed at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel services, email support@mixxbee.com with your name, the service involved, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services. We are committed to working with you to address any legitimate concerns.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
